Note: A new patched SVM is introduced in v3.0.0.1. If you are using VxFlex OS v2.x with a SLES-based SVM, you can replace the SVM with a newly patched CentOS 7.5 based SVM. The replace SVM feature is part of the release and is detailed in this guide.
Note: On v3.0, or v3.0.0.x systems running on VMware (CentOS 7.5 based SVM), the CentOS operating system must be upgraded to CentOS 7.6 after upgrade of the VxFlex OS Gateway, but before upgrading the remaining system components. For more information about operating system patching, see the Configure and Customize VxFlex OS Guide.
