VMware does not support direct upgrades from VMware vSphere 6.0 to VMware vSphere 7.0. For VMware vSphere 6.0, see the upgrade instructions to upgrade to VMware vSphere 6.5 or 6.7 before you upgrade to VMware vSphere 7.0.
