Managing storage - XtremIO storage

System operation of the XtremIO storage array is controlled by a standalone Linux-based server called XtremIO Management Server (XMS). The XMS host is deployed as a virtual server (Virtual Machine) on the VxBlock 1000 Management infrastructure (AMP-VX). XtremIO can continue operation when disconnected from the XMS, but cannot be managed.
